Our beliefs and behaviors around money are often unconsciously inherited from our ancestors –whether familial, racial, or cultural – shaped by experiences of hardship such as poverty, displacement, or war. Similarly, growing up in affluent families can create its own set of money stressors, such as pressure to uphold wealth, fear of losing financial status, or guilt around privilege. These deep-rooted money wounds, passed down through generations—even on a cellular or Soul level—can influence our daily decisions and reinforce patterns of scarcity, stress, or unworthiness in receiving and managing money.
